Sunbury 175th Birthday Song Competition

Do you have a flair for poetry, lyrics, verse or song writing?

Do you love Sunbury's heritage, culture, community and future?

Would you like to have your own composition arranged to music and performed by Sunbury's very own Sunbury Divas and Sons of Sunbury to celebrate Sunbury's 175th birthday?

In conjunction with the Backroad Festival and Sunbury Community Choirs, we are looking for a winning composition themed around Sunbury’s heritage, history, culture, community, future or any aspect of Sunbury which is appropriate to be performed for Sunbury's 175th birthday celebration.

The winning entry will receive a prize package including -

• Gift voucher from Bunnings
• A Family ticket to the Backroad Festival on March 26th 2011
• A special edition Backroad Festival t-shirt
• and of course, the winner will have their song arranged and performed at Sunbury's 175th Birthday Celebrations.

There is no requirement to set your entry to music, a lyrics file in Word or PDF is acceptable for submission.
